Unique Offshore Leverage and Implementation Approach: SmithWong deploys on-site local (North America or China) project management, along with unique or specialized skill sets, to design business processes and develop systems blueprints. However, systems development, configuration and initial testing are subsequently performed in the SmithWong Development Center in China. The development, configuration and testing activities (including user acceptance test), are managed by a local on-site project coordinator.
